Situated right on the breakwater in picturesque Kalk Bay’s working harbour is Harbour House Restaurant. The location of this stylish eatery with the stunning views through the floor to ceiling windows overlooking False Bay and the colourful harbour is unbeatable. Add to that the freshest fish perfectly prepared, and you will see why a Johannesburger like me can’t just walk through the door and act nonchalant – for me, just the location would have been good enough to elevate the lunch from ‘food’ to ‘cuisine’, but then the seafood proved to be awesome as well…
